One user profile of my windows 7 home 64-bit got infected with a Finnish localized version of FBI Moneypak virus.
I am trying to run Norton bootable recovery tool from a cd. The problem is that i am unable to launch the norton power eraser. It says that i should have an operational wired internet connection. But i know that my wired internet connection is working because i am able to access the internet on another user profile. Any ideas what might be the problem?
