Problem with Norton community watch?

Hi

 

I am using NIS 2010 and it seems that there's a problem with the community watch.

 

When i click on Norton tasks and watched Norton community watch , I see the task in orange instead of black , like the other tasks, and the  button on the left of Norton communauty watch is on stop instead of  play like the other tasks

 

Is it normal ? problem with Norton communauty watch ?
