I have recently installed Norton Hotspot privacy in my laptop running windows xp service pack 3. When I launch norton hotspot privacy from start menu or from the system tray the page comes up blank. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the product but the issue still remains. I am not sure what is the issue. Please have a look into the attachment and advise on how to rectify the issue.
