I am new to the forum and I need some help. Recently, my computer has been experiencing some problems. On certain occasions when I start my computer, Norton customize notification does not appear. Not only that, when I try to open Norton internet security, it will look like as if it was loading as the mouse cursor has the loading sign but actually it is not. After trying to open Norton internet security for 2 times, I will get a message that I have to reboot to start Norton Internet Security. I was wondering if there is anyway to solve this problem so that I need not reboot the computer all the time just to do live update and to use Norton Internet Security.
