Thanks for the explanation of the inter-relationship of the various elements.
I think that is helpful not just to me but to others because so often we see complaints from users who are understandably upset when something to their disadvantage or inconvenience happens and is associated with Norton when what Norton is doing is reporting a situation -- something is dangerous.
As in this case the cause is not with Norton nor with the intermediate user who actually suffers the problem but way down the line beyond either of their control.
It's good that Norton can reconfigure to adapt to various differences out in the "real world" -- as Hill Street Blues used to say: "Be careful out there; it's dangarous"
