PROBLEM WITH ORDER HISTORY (NORTON UTILITIES 15)

I LOST MY PRODUCT KEY, AND I TRY TO SEE IT FROM MY ORDER HISTORY, THE PRODUCT IS LISTED THERE, BUT WHEN I TRY TO GO TO THE "VIEW DETAILS" PAGE, I ALWAYS GET THE SAME ERROR "The server is not available at this time.  Please sign out and try again later.  If this problem persists please contact technical support"

 

PLEASE HELP ME, I HAD TO REINSTALL MI SOFTWARE BUT I CAN'T ACTIVATE IT!!
