Problem with receiving mails with NIS 2013 e-mail scanning enabled

Hi,

 

I am writing to this board as Norton Support in DK was not able to solve my problem.

 

I have to mailaccounts; a Gmail account and a company POP3 mail.

I receive my mais using Outlook 2010 and Gmails are received without problems.

E-mails from the other company account cannot be received in Outlook; only if I deactivate e-mail scanning in NIS2013.

I have also removed NIS for test and the mails from company e-mail was received in Outlook.

 

Any ideas to how to solve this ?
