Upon expiry of my N360 V6 subscription, I bought a new license and managed to install on my first PC (Win 7 64bit) which happens to be located in Middle East where I am working. My other PCs (WinVista 32bit) is in my home which happens to be in Malaysia. I tried to use Norton Management to remotely update (renew) with the new Product key but there is an error : 'Unable to change the subscription for this product. Please try again later'. Tried this several times over a few days, but unsuccesful.
1. Can I renew the subscription for 2nd and 3rd PC 'remotely' using Norton Management?
2. Any issues with using licenses of 3 PCs across different regions?
3. How can I 'remotely' renew the subscription without being at the PC physically ? Trying to find an easy way to do this.
I also tried to use Win remote assistance to takeover the remote PC. The key I have is not accepted (invalid ; something about wrong product).
Any help appreciated.
BTW, I like the Norton Management feature as I manage 8 PCs and like the 'dashboard' approach.

You seem to have the information to use Norton Management. If you have used a new key for the new installation, the other PC's are still tied to the old key.
In Norton Management, try to remove the product from one of the PC's you are trying to update. Then click on Install Products, and choose the product to install. Check the product key under Products installed - details. If it works, then you can do the second PC.
NM,
My understanding of Norton Management is that you have to install the app on each computer before you can manage them via Norton Management ... so if someone in Malaysia (Or you with remote access eg Logmein?) can do that by going on that computer to your MyNortonAccount and clicking on Norton Apps / Norton Management and downloading and installing it on the Malaysian machine then you should be able to Manage it remotely from then on.
If you are using remote access then you may be able directly to enter the new KEY on that remote machine.
If I'm wrong I'm sure someone will correct me.
Hi,
Norton Management has indeed been installed in all my PCs and I can see their status. Thanks.
