Hi there.
I have Norton Antivirus 2011 product for 3 PCs. It was installed on my 3 PCs nicely but on one of them my HDD crashed and i buy a new one.
When I installed Windows and Norton product on new HDD I entered serial number and it told me that I can't use that key anymore, that have been used on 3PCs already.
I renew that serial recently and now I can't use it, so I hope there is some solution that you can do so I can again put it in progress on my fresh HDD/PC ... ???
Thank you!

This is the link for US/Can. If you need a different location, please consult your local Symantec site for the local free chat customer support link.
Please come back and let us know how you made out. Thanks.
I expect yo got a message saying your had exceeded the number of permitted activations .... because the central database does not know that the hard drive crashed ...
Easy to sort out if you just go online to Customer Support using the OnLine CHAT and explain what happened. They have the tools to reset the database ...

You can choose CHAT or Email; email or phone may have a long wait time and feedback from users tells us that CHAT is by far the best at resolving problems.
Note that that link is to the USA/CAN website so if you are located elsewhere I'm sure you will be able to find the equivalent location on your local Symantec website; some pages have a link at the top right where you can select the country you are located in.
You can also download the latest version of NAV 2011 in a single file for installation from here:
New NAV 2011: Click on this link NAV 2011
If you are runing VISTA or Windows 7 I suggest you right mouse click on the downloaded file and select Run as Administrator since I find that more reliable -- and after installing run LiveUpdate manually a few times with a reboot inbetween until it tells you that you are fully uptodate.
Let us know if you have any problems.
