Problem with update

I have a serious problem, namely, after updating to the new version, the program does not start. I tried manually uninstalling and reinstalling with no positive results. There is a message about incorrect installation and that it may be caused by a virus in Windows. I used the tool that will check the system for viruses and no threats were found. System newly installed Windows 10 22H2 x64. I also had a similar problem before on 21H1 x64. Norton gets worse every year. I had to disable automatic update to the new version.

PS. If I turned off Norton 360 automatic updates, am I still protected by the cloud while connected to the Internet? It was the only way out for me.

Having more than one A/V solution running is usually the issue, especially since software changes can make things become no longer compatible over time. Could you post a screenshot of the installation error for us to review? That would be extremely useful in helping to determine what next actions need to be taken. Thanks in advance. Here is how to post a screenshot in case you aren't familiar with doing so.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t solve the problem. It still shows an installation error and it may be a problem with some virus in the system, but there is none. Unless the problem is in another software (second line of defense). I have SuperAntiSpyware and IObit Malware FIGHTER installed. I had no such problems before installing these programs.

Hello SKIBA. Did you get the version patch to 22.23.4.6? If so does it correct your issue?
