Good morning all - I have a problem I encountered when re-installing NSM on my kids computers. It may have been there before, or it's something I did, however I just noticed it.
Here's the spec:
OS: WIndows Starter SP1 (another is Windows XP).
Browser: Firefox 16.0.1
Kids Account Level: Admin
NSM Version: 2.3.0.17
NSM is set to block pornography (among other things).
I start up the browser - and it goes to their start page. One kid's startpage is facebook, another computer is Google.
When I was installing I always like to check that it is working - so I typed in the web address for hustler or playboy - knowing it should be rejected.
As expected the "Warning" page popped up with an option to "Oops I made a mistake, take me back" or "Request access".
I clicked the "Oops" option and... it returned me to the hustler or playboy page - fully loading to my surprise.
I do receive the messages about the activity in my parent account, however it *appears* that if a child types in a restricted address in the URL bar as soon as they open their browser, and click the "Oops", it takes them to the site anyway?
Please advise
Regards,
