Malware says jload.js from pixel.adsafe is a malware problem yet norton finds nothing

Sounds serious. How about telling us which Ghost procedure you are using and about your hardware and OS. Have you followed the advice in the error message?
ok so i have a 80gb hard drive and im trying to copy my C: dive and put it on my tb.
this is the error i get when it hist 95%

Sorry for the trouble!
You'll need to make sure that you install the same product when you install the 2012 version, or else the subscription won't work. Which Norton Product did you have before you installed the 2012 version?
