Problems activating Norton 360

Hello,

Some while ago I bought a subscription for Norton 360. It seems to work well, except from every time my system starts up, it comes with a message in the bottom right corner of my Windows 7 desktop, saying that registration is required (see the screenshot in the first attachment).

When I then follow the instructions for activation, it takes a while as it seemingly contacts the server, and then, after a moment, an error message appears (see the screenshot in the second attachment).

This has been going on for a long time, and I have never been able to activate the subscription - although it seems to keep the system protected anyway, and with 226 days left of the subscription as of today.

How can I resolve this problem, so the registration can succeed?
