I updated the Norton 360 app for Android today on my android 12. Despite running fine before the update, the Device Security section was now greyed out despite when I clicked on it, it reckoned everything was fine. I uninstalled then reinstalled. There is now no Scan Report to view after I have run a scan. How do I know if Norton is working, why am I not longer presented with a scan report and is my phone even safe at this point?
All: I verified the following:
-Found Device Security in a greyed fashion with a - next to it on the left. Clicked it and followed setup. I have not had to do this any time prior before. That section is now visible and green.
-Ran a full device scan, it completed without any scan report being available.
Device used is: Galaxy Z-Fold 5 Android 14 / One UI version 6.1 / Norton Android app installed is version 5.89.1.240612026, that is the latest available version via the Google Play Store.
Norton is functioning as it should on this device without any errors or entries in logs that suggest otherwise.
