problems after Windows Update

This is from my one month-old HP Envy laptop which I haven't touched for about two weeks.

I got this message from NIS

I clicked Fix Now and got this:

I closed the screen and got thisWhen I click on the NIS icon (which has  ! over it) it takes me back to the first photo i.e. it hasn't removed the Windows clutter.

Any suggestionsplease?
