I had the Norton Security Premium on my laptop as a yearly subscription. When it ended, I purchased a 2year pack from JB HiFi. I have followed the prompts after inputting the code and a screen comes up saying that a code has been sent to my mobile and to type the code into a box. No code is being sent!!!!! I have tried using the online chat function twice and it both times they have wanted control of my laptop (which I refused) and then the chat function switches off. When I try to log into Norton, it immediately asks for me to type in the code e that has been sent to my mobile, but again, no code has been sent.
Please help...
