I have downloaded and installed iTunes twice this morning, but I cannot get the program to open due to Norton Internet Security's control of the Windows Firewall settings. I have no idea what to do to change those setting or how to get help with the problem. I have had virus issues with my computers in the past and have had Norton's techs come in to control my computer remotely to solve problems. There seems to be no way to get any response from the company on this issue. Can anyone on this forum advise me what to do? I'm frustrated and angry at my inability to do anything with a person, even if it's on live chat over the net. Advice and ideas?
