Somewhat frustrated with the seeming ly overly troublesome installation. Attempted download and install. seemed to die before downloading. Tried manual download, file downloaded, but stalled as to what should open the iso file . Tried several unzip type programs, but had to uninstall because they locked up when I tried to operate on the ghost file. don't like that it seems I would have to buy some extraction utility to use the program I purchased from norton. Am I missing something?
