Just purchased and installed NIS 2009 - rather than renewing with Trend. Installed correctly, I have the icons on the desktop, start menu as well as the Norton web browser tools. However, I cannot launch the software or do a live update. Did a live chat last night and was told my PC is infected...I have completed full virus, spyware and malware scans on the PC and know it is not infected. Need help on getting this fixed...
