Hello there,
I've recently bought my copy of NIS 2010(3 computers), intalled fined on my laptop, but when I tried to install in my desktop, I couldn't. I went to the live help from Norton, and somebody tried to help by remotely trying to install the NIS 2010. After probably an hour of various attempts, reboots, etc, he told me he couldn't install it, and that I needed to get some server or something placed in my computer by a local computer shop or the pc manufacturers. Apparently this is due to the fact I'm running XP home in my desktop and this version doesn't have this program, unlike the XP professional which is what I'm running in my laptop. Now, this is all very well, but the problem is that I was supposed to be able to run the program on windows XP as it says on the package. Is there any way I can install this instead of having to buy a second antivirus/internet security program for the desktop?
Thank you
