Problems installing on Mac

Hello - I have not been able to install NSM on a Mac despite trying to restart and reinstall. The point it gets stuck at is during the Installation phase on a screen that says "Connecting" at the top and "validating credentials" at the bottom. It just sits there. Any suggestions?
