I have had the Norton 360 for many years and have had it renewed automatically since then. I have just cancelled my automatic renewal and I may not return to Norton.
I had to do a system restore awhile back (about 4 months) and lost the Norton 360 in the process. I tried re-installation, but had problems, I had to try it several times. Norton then asked for an additional $49 to re-install what I have been already paying for and my renewal is not due to April 16th 2015. This practice to me is stealing money. Why should I have to pay an additional $49 for something that I already paid for 8 months earlier.
