I am having some issues when running LiveUpdate with NIS 2010. Me and my roommate are both having this problem and we have been unable to find out what is causing it. We are both getting error when trying to update the Norton AntiVirius Definitions x64. We are getting an error stating Status: Failed to complete. I was reading somewhere that someone recommended to delete all the files out of C:\Users\All Users\Norton\{0C55C096-0F1D-4F28-AAA2-85EF591126E7}\NIS_17.0.0.136\Lue\Downloads and I have done that but still having the same problem. I am out of ideas anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
Note: When I click on Tech Support and then Run It Now under step 2 it says it completes with no errors but when LiveUpdate is ran again same problem.
