I have been using Norton Identity Safe. I want to use it also at work. I have downloaded and istalled it on my work computer. When I try to setup it recoginises that I have a Norton Account. I can log on with that account email and password. It gets to the Vault password creation screen and shows a 'Syncing' dialog. It then comes up 'The operation timed out. Check your network connection and try again.'
What is being blocked? What are the firewall setting that need to be made to allow this to work.
