Hello!
I started to have problems with the access to internet 10 days ago.
I tried different options (some of them suggested in this forum) and I contacted Norton help twice (they were very kind and for some time the connection was better).
It is still very difficult to connect (sometimes trying it for more than one hour). Today the connection was stopping very often.
All my other devices (not using Norton) connect without problems.
I uninstalled the Antivirus in two different occasions to see what happened and then I could connect to the internet without any problem. I still do not know if the Antivirus is the problem, but I could not discard it.
I want to continue using the Antivirus but I really need a solution that is not so much time consuming (I am using a lot of time trying to connect to the internet and with the help desk).
So long, I am connecting to internet pairing my phone to the computer.
Did anybody have the same problem? Could it be fixed? If so, how?
