Problems trying to activate NU16

Anybody else having problems trying to activate NU16? I purchased and downloaded the product from Norton and the activation fails. My name, email address and product code are copied and pasted from my order history page, and the error box tells me that it was unsuccessful and to check my internet connection. I've successfully installed the software and it runs. I've been on chat three times and the phone once and all I get is 'uninstall, reinstall, download again' as solutions, none of which actually solve anything. Anybody have any other suggestions other than calling to ask for a refund? Thanks to all.
