Problems updating Norton 360

Hi.

I've a problem updating Norton 360 depending on the Internet connection, the main problem is that there are no errors and when I run manually Live Update, says there is completed and no more updates, but never there are updates. If I try to do the same thing in other Internet connection it works. I've been trying to put in the Norton 360 settings the update server "liveupdate.symantec.com" and the port "80" but same problem. Could Norton block the LiveUpdate connection for the IP assigned to the internet connection? I've been using Norton for several years and this kind of problem is so complicated for me because there are no errors at all.
