I am using Windows XP sp3 and Outlook Express 6 I recently upgraded to Norton Security with Backup v22.2.031 from Norton 360 and since doing so have lost the Anti-Spam feature in Outlook Express. I can no longer flag an email as spam since the Anti-spam icon is gone from the toolbar. I contacted tech support if you can call it that and after almost two hours I was finally told the Norton Security with Back-up is not compatible. Prior to upgrading to NSBU I was told by Symantec that is was compatible and I should have no issues. Well I've been having nothing but issues and not just with email.
Is anyone else having this problem? Any information would be greatly appreciated as this has been one frustrating day!
