I've decided to cancel my subscription (it expires on June) and I'm trying to cancel the automatic renewal.
I follow all the steps I suppose to do but it always show me this message at the end: "None of the products and services you selected can be turned off Automatic Renewal".
I'm frustrated right now, and just want to ask: Does anyone have any idea of how to cancel the automatic renewal feature?
