This is really fustrating me. I want to delete all the files from my online storage. I have tried to do this through norton 360 clicking the option to delete files, then selecting the files and delete.
However, it says they have been deleted but then hangs/stops on the last file. I have tried leaving it for a long time and doing a file one by one, but I still have the same problem. I end up having to cancel the deletion and when I check back nothing has been deleted.
I have also tried to delete the files by going to my computer, clicking on the norton backup folder but trying to delete this way seems to crash my computer.
I have emailed an admin but have received no respone, and I have tried to use the chat sessions online twice. Both times they would tell me how to do it, but that was as far as it went, they couldnt identify or solve the problem for me.
Can anyone help me with this? I would really appreciate it!
