Problems with installation: Symantec Norton Ghost v14.0

From the look of the thread, it appears that Erik is recommending that you contact the other companies for support with their software, which may be causing the issue:

Because the Blue Screen Error is occurring within the driver, disabling software that will interact with that driver will not pinpoint the root cause.  Analysis of the dump files from the blue screen is necessary in order to identify the cause of the failure.  Since the system failure occurs across multiple products, it’s unlikely that any of the installed applications are truly at fault. Each of the programs you’ve mentioned require access to the Hard Disk that is connected to the controller that the driver is for.

 

Uninstalling an application at this point merely hides the true problem.  If you would like me to look at the dumps, please respond to my Private Message.  If not, I recommend working with the motherboard manufacturer to look at the dumps.  This problem could be a problem with the motherboard, controller, cabling, hard drive, etc.  We won’t truly know until the dumps are looked at and potentially hardware is replaced.
