i have bought Norton internet security 2011 and tried to installed on my laptop. My laptop has a window 7 installed. The problem
is that when I tried to install it, the product asked me to install my previous anti-virus product but I keep getting an error
message and for some reason I can't install it. And when I tried again and skipped the uninstalling part and tried to put my
activation code I still cant install Norton internet security 2011. for some reason I can't uninstall my previous product and I can't
install a new one, can u please help me out.
