Problems with login on iOS since App-Update to version 5

since update from app-version 4.6.108 to 5.0.179 three weeks ago i had to relogin the account - that doesnt work anymore
i am unable to login to the iOS-Apps on iPhone 6 and iPadAir2
iOS 11.03 ist running but was not the reason for this

login in the web an in the google-chrom-extension already works correctly  

the support can't help (uninstall, restart and reinstall doesn't work)
"there is a temporary issues with the Identity safe application due to which you are facing the issue on your IOS device"

Please give me an information if the problem has been fixed!
