Problems with my Norton 360 Premium suscription

Hello, I am having a lot of trouble with my Norton 360 suscription for 10 devices. I was cleaning up old devices (eliminating them from the list) and installing Norton on an Android phone (no problems with that) and a new laptop (here I have some issues).

At a certain moment, I received messages on my PC (my main computer with Norton installed for several years) that the suscription was not active and that my computer was not protected. I logged in to my account and saw that my suscription is active until March 2025 and that my PC was protected. But when opening Norton on the computer it keeps warning me that there is no active suscription. I then logged in from the app but it still does not recognize my suscription. I even run out of tries (double check with a message code to my phone and was told I had to wait 24 hours). Then I began to use my single-use codes. Absolutely nothing works and now I have warnings on my new laptop and my PC telling me that I do not have a valid suscription.

Could please someone help me and tell me what the h*** is going on here?
