I am still having problems with NIS and Identity Safe. I downloaded and installed NIS 2013 Version 20.2 and fully updated it. Now I still cannot connect to the Online Vault for Identity Safe. I get a network error and check connectivity message when in fact my connection is fine. Getting frustrated and ready to chalk NIS 2013 up to a bad investment. I do appreciate any help someone can offer.
