Hi!
I am having trouble with Norton Family on several computers. It is allowing my children to visit sites they should not visit. Also, it is allowing them to login when the time is set to 0 hours available. Clearly there are some issues here. What should I do to begin troubleshooting?

For the time restrictions, when a child reaches his/her curfew time, the child would receive a message saying there are 60 seconds left. After 60 seconds, the child is allowed to log back to the PC for another 60 seconds to finish whatever he/she was doing. These behaviors can be repeated for three times, so the child gets about extra 6 minutes, then he/she wouldn't be able to log back to the PC without the email address and password for the Norton Online Family account.

Hi I am having a problem installing Norton Online Safety.
My kids have a user account each but we decided it was better
to have just one account for them. I uninstalled each of their
accounts and I am now trying to install on the new user account.
I have also noticed that the administrator account doesn't have
it as well. When I tried to install it came up as an error.
Please help me.
