Problems with Norton not updating credit card information

I'm trying to find out how many customers have had issues with Norton not updating credit card information, although the information was entered by the customer, over the Norton website.  

 

I have been a customer of Norton for several years.  Every so often, the bank sends me a new credit card and I go to all of the websites I do business with, in order to update the site with my new credit card information.  THREE times now, Norton has cancelled my account because they were unable to get paid, because they did not update the information on the card.  Each time this has happened, Norton charges me an additional $39+ for a new subscription.  I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH ANY, ANY, ANY OTHER COMPANY.  I think I know what you are up to Norton.  Let's find out, shall we?  I suppose it could be an incredible coincidence.
