Problems with Norton VPN on Mac Big Sur 11.4

I cannot get Norton VPN to connect.  When I click connect--or open--in the GUI, the program acts as if the request has not even occurred.  This seems to be a new development after Big Sur update to 11.4.  I tried reinstalling Norton 360.  It did not work.  Any suggestions?

There is a small icon at the top of my mac screen.  When I click it, it populates a menu for Norton Secure VPN.  There is an arrow to the right, which allows me to click the connect option.  After clicking the option to connect, nothing happens at all.  I've reinstalled  Norton 360 and it still happens.

Thank you for posting on the Norton Community. When you say clicking connect, do you mean via the Quick View? Could you share screenshots please? Also, can you share the complete experience i.e detailed steps? Thanks.
