Something stopped my Norton Internet Security from updating and running scans. So I uninstalled it and was going to try to do a fresh
installation. Says it’s completed the uninstall, but when I go to reinstall, it says that the product isn’t compatible with current product. I’m running Windows Vista Home Premium still and have Windows 10 on my laptop. Is there a version for my older software or is it a glitch with the Norton Internet Security which is provided with our Xfinity subscription? I’ve followed all the directions that I could find and it hasn’t fixed the problem. Please help. And I haven’t chatted with Norton Support since they gave me advice that cost me years of stored information when I was paying for backup with my Norton 360 of the time.
