ok i installed the new Norton Internet Security 2011 on my wifes lap top and after it was activatied, everything seemed ok until she went online in internet explorer. when the page came up there was two of them and they would not close and when shw went to log in some buttons would not work and also the tab would not work at all. Every thing seemed so slow or stopped and when we went to task manager to shut it down it kept popping it back up. we messed with it for a bit but no luck. thinking that something was wrong with her puter....i thought about installing the Security.....so i uninstalled it and then everything was fine....we ran the live update several times and it didnt help.....she has Vista basic OS . any help would be great ....thanks
