I'm having a problem with activating my product. I'm trying to renew my NIS subscription, but it fails to activate it. The key is verified, but it's stuck at "Activating your product....". I've alreary tried 2 keys and they both fail. I do not have the NIS disk at the moment; I only the the product keys. If anybody can help, that would be great.
Also, do product keys have to be new (ie. not NIS 2010)? I currently have NIS 2009 (I had to reset my laptop to factory settings due to severe corruption), and I'm trying to activate a 2010 and a 2011 copy. I don't know a whole lot about this and help would be greatly appreciated.
