Purchased Norton app when I first got my tablet. A year later cannot get rid of message from my smartphone “your product has expired” despite uninstalling and reinstalling. Annoying.

Thank you. The answer was indeed to remove the tablet from my devices and register it again. It took a bit of circling between tablet and smartphone and reinstalling but think it is now sorted. Hopefully the message will now stop annoying. If so I will change my review.
