What issue are you having contacting Norton from the link I gave? If trying to use chat, when the chat bot asks for any input from you, type in Agent please. I have found that usually helps get away from the bot to a live agent.
Norton Support is the only way to get your issue resolved. There is no one in the forums that can access your account details to fix subscription issues.
I have tried to get in touch with Norton to no avail. I have had no feedback on my request.
Maybe someone out there can help. or I will class it as a loss and let the world how Norton treats theirs customers
It sounds like you may have purchased your Norton from an online source in a different country than where you live. Maybe you had a VPN set for another country??? Norton geo locks their products for legal or political reasons. You will need to contact Norton Support to request they change your subscription to one for your region. www.norton.com/contactcs
