Product key and serial number

I was talking to Norton Support on Twitter and was trying to post a screenshot of a security report but I first accidentally posted a screenshot of the receipt when I first purchased Norton. It had no private or financial information, just the product key and serial number. Of course I realized my mistake and deleted it within 60 seconds. Can that information be used to access my account in any way?
