Hello,
I contacted Symantec earlier in the week via online support chat to enquire why my Norton Internet Security Product Key was showing up as ‘Cancelled# in mynortonaccount.com.
I explained that I had not used the product in a while but had a new laptop and wanted to use the NIS I have purchased on it, after being passed to a second support agent I was told that Symantec may have accidentally flagged the key as fraudulent and that if I forwarded proof of purchase to him and his manager it would be corrected.
I forwarded the purchase receipt email as requested but have heard nothing more (or even had a courtesy response to say my email had been received), I have emailed the two Symantec employees twice since then requested an update but not had any reply.
Can someone please look into the matter for me?
