Product key missing.. unable to contact Norton?

I am going to copy/paste what I have been trying to send through Norton's "Email Us" option which for some reason is not working and there is no way of contacting them directly:

 

I purchased Norton 360 v.5.0 for 3 separate computers on 11/4/11 online through my desktop (I had the previous version of 360 installed there and just updated it) and activated it just fine there on my desktop.  I am on my laptop now, and I downloaded the product but it is not accepting the product key I used with my desktop (which is the same key I got via email).  When I sign into my Norton account online, it does not list any product keys at all.  Where is my product key and why is it not working on my laptop? 

 

The order history does list that I purchased this product but there is no product key.. ??  It also says the order status is "Closed" whatever that means. 

 

Did I just waste over $80?  Why is there no way to contact Norton directly?  It doesn't even list a phone number under their "Phone Us" option so even if I wanted a refund I would not be able to get it!
