How do I find my product key in order to install Norton 360 on a netbook. [That is only the second computer for my Norton 360.] I am directed to My Account to look at Products and Order History, but the message is that I have no products. However, I have 316 days left on my account? How do I find the product key?
To blow off steam, let me add that Nathan is not helpful( just sending me in loops) and that chat is stopped by error 1316 on my computer and that "email" requires my PRODUCT KEY !!!
