Product Key not working

I typed the product key in when requested.  After I type it in I am unable to click on "Agree & Install".

Are you sure that the product key is for the correct product? Where did you get your key? Do you have any other real time security programs installed now? What was your previous security program and how was it removed.?

I typed the product key in when requested.  After I type it in I am unable to click on "Agree & Install". 

Also be sure you are not entering any spaces when you enter the key.

If you had a trial version and have purchased a subscription, did you enter your purchased product key into your product. Open the classic 360 interface by clicking on the Norton icon in the system tray and clicking on Open Norton 360. Then click on Help > Enter Product Key at the bottom right.

Common mistakes when entering product key

  • Spaces in the product key will cause an error.

  • Make sure that you are entering license information for the specific product you are using. License information for one Norton product is not interchangeable with another Norton product.

  • If you still see a message indicating incorrect or invalid licensing information, verify that you typed the license information exactly as shown.
