I am new and this if my first post. I cannot get a phone number and left mine on the callback for a Norton person. I attempted to download my protection for my mobile on my mobile using the setup link sent to email in my phone but the product key is not working and incorrect as it is excessively long and not just 25 characters. When I entered it - it asked me something which by now I forget what it was but at any rate....I am very frustrated. I would welcome any call from tech or online answer to this. And yes, I am using the exact product key given which contains a lot of capital letters.
