I am trying to locate my product key. It isn't where it should be in the 'About Norton Internet Security' dialogue box. When I try to log into my account the website tells me I have no product activated even though I've ben using Norton Internet Security (OEM) 2005 since 2006, and renewing my subscription successfully each year.
I tried to e-mail Symantec to ask for help but the form I had to fill in asked me for the product key! So I was unable to even ask the question. I don't particularly want to spend ages on the phone for something I ought to be able to find myself.
Any ideas?
